Physiotherapy involves evaluating your movement and determining what is causing your pain or keeping you from doing what you want to do and solving that problem. This will usually involve hands on treatment such as mobilization and manipulation to get you moving better and may involve dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, myofascial release techniques, and kinesiotaping. Once you are moving and feeling better we will go over exercises designed specifically with your goals in mind and aimed at returning you to your favorite activity as fast as possible.

Massage

Myofascial Therapy is designed not only to help you feel better, but to help you move better. Helping you move better will allow your stiffness to decrease, help you to move with less resistance and increased ease, and get you back to fully enjoying your favorite activity.
