After being sidelined from the sport she loved, Jessica understands firsthand the physical and emotional challenges of recovering from an injury. With a deep empathy of those striving to return to their sport or everyday activity, she is dedicated to helping individuals not only regain their strength and function, but also their confidence and mental resilience. Jessica’s approach centers on creating personalized treatment plans that not only address the physical aspects of recovery, but just as importantly center around the patient’s personal goals and their “why” to reclaim their quality of life.
Originally from Wisconsin, Jessica recently relocated to Denver from Dallas with her fiance and dog. She was drawn to Denver for its natural beauty and outdoor activities, including running, hiking, soccer and pickleball – passions that keep her closely connected to the active community.
Jessica believes in a hands-on approach that integrates manual therapy with targeted exercise programs, all while keeping the patient’s emotional and mental state in mind. Her experience working with active individuals and as a former DI soccer player at Southern Methodist University has given her insight into the unique physical and mental demands of sport. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Physiology at SMU and went on to get her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. When Jess is not at Kinetikchain, you can find her at the gym, trail running, or finding new places to eat in Denver!

As an Iowa native, my heart found a new rhythm when I moved to Denver over six years ago, embracing my passions for the outdoors, adventurous pursuits, joyful movement, and basking in the sunshine.
During my first five years in Denver, I served as a secondary math teacher within Denver Public Schools. Teaching wasn’t just a job to me; it was a way to uplift communities through education. From the beginning my mission was to empower students to become their own advocates and catalysts for change in their lives. After five fulfilling years, I decided to channel this mission into another passion of mine—health and wellness. So, in the fall of 2023, I took a leap and became a personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I’ve never looked back!
I began my fitness journey with F45 South Park Hill as a group fitness instructor, quickly expanding into personal training. This path eventually led me to become a success coach here at KinetikChain, where I get to blend my love for helping people find balance through joyful movement, nourishing food, and building a strong body and mind.
As a success coach, my goal is to meet my clients exactly where they are and to support them in achieving their unique goals with an individualized plan. I firmly believe in sustainable changes over extreme interventions. You won’t find any severe diet restrictions or grueling exercise regimens in my sessions. Instead, we’ll work together to craft a long-lasting and sustainable plan that includes balancing movement, nutrition, daily habits, and your specific goals. Many of my clients aspire to comfortably run around with their kids, climb stairs without getting winded, or enjoy daily walks without struggle. It’s my calling to help you reach these milestones and to be your supportive coach along the way. Every session is an opportunity to empower you through education and experience, allowing you to thrive in all aspects of life and get back to doing what you love.
